Heather Siler, VP of Talent Solutions

Heather Siler brings over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition outsourcing to her role as Vice President of Talent Solutions at Hire Health. She combines operational expertise, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional relationship-building skills to deliver customized recruitment strategies that drive client success. Heather has a proven track record in recruitment technology, from sourcing and CRM to applicant tracking systems, ensuring she meets the evolving demands of talent acquisition. Her career spans operations and business development, where she has led Business Performance Analytics teams, Solution Design, and Solutions Integration.

Before joining Hire Health, Heather served as President of Armstrong Craven, advising Fortune 100 companies on innovative talent strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. She also led Korn Ferry’s RPO engagement with Hewlett-Packard Enterprises across the Americas and EMEA, managing a team responsible for thousands of hires annually across diverse roles.

Outside of her professional life, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and supporting their sons, Grayden and Everett, in their athletic pursuits. A dedicated tennis player and runner, she’s always up for her next challenge. The Siler family loves traveling to warm-weather destinations and enjoys time at home with their Golden Doodle, Clifford.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tampa, where she was a standout member and Team Captain of the Women’s Tennis team.
